🩵 What to Do If You Don't Like a Product
It’s totally okay if a product wasn’t a fit for you. That happens! 💕 You should never feel pressured to promote something you don’t genuinely enjoy. If a product didn’t work out, you can let the Creator Support team know through your profile.
✍️ How to Submit Feedback
Here’s how to report that you didn’t like a product:
Open your Statusphere profile and tap the Orders icon.
Select the order, then open the campaign for the product.
Scroll down and click Get Help.
Choose I am unable to complete this collaboration.
Select I didn’t like the product and complete the required fields.
Once you submit this, you’ll be excused from posting for that collaboration.
📦 Returning Unopened Items
If you still have any unopened products, reach out to the Creator Support Team at statussquad@joinstatus.com and we’ll create a free return label for you.
