🩵 What to Do If You Don't Like a Product

It’s totally okay if a product wasn’t a fit for you. That happens! 💕 You should never feel pressured to promote something you don’t genuinely enjoy. If a product didn’t work out, you can let the Creator Support team know through your profile.

Here’s how to report that you didn’t like a product:

1. Open your Statusphere profile and tap the Orders icon.

2. Select the order, then open the campaign for the product.

3. Scroll down and click Get Help.

4. Choose I am unable to complete this collaboration.

5. Select I didn’t like the product and complete the required fields.

Once you submit this, you’ll be excused from posting for that collaboration.

If you still have any unopened products, reach out to the Creator Support Team at statussquad@joinstatus.com and we’ll create a free return label for you.
