Running into an empty shelf during a collab is never fun, and we totally understand how frustrating that can be. If you’ve visited stores and can’t find the product anywhere, we’re here to help.


🧭 What to Do if the Product Isn’t in Stock

If you’re unable to locate the product in-store, email the Creator Support team (statussquad@joinstatus.com) with:

  • The store location(s) you visited or called

  • A quick note that the item wasn’t available

Once we have that info, you’ll be excused from posting for the collaboration since the product couldn’t be purchased.
