Sometimes life happens — and that’s okay! 💕 Here’s what to know if you ever need to opt out of a collab after claiming it.
📦 Before Your Product Ships
If you realize a collab isn’t the right fit or you can’t complete it, reach out to Creator Support as soon as possible. If your product hasn’t shipped yet, we can usually remove you from the collab without issue.
🚚 After Your Product Ships
Once your product has been shipped, you’ll need to complete the collab by creating and posting your content according to your checklist.
You can always feel free to reach out to Creator Support and we can try to find a solution depending on the circumstances! If there's been a change of plans and the due date doesn't work for you anymore, you can always request an extension here.
🕐 Missed Due Dates or Changes
If something unexpected comes up, you can always request an extension here! We’re happy to help when possible so you can stay eligible for your reward. ✨
