🏷️ Other Brand Logos
When you’re creating for a Statusphere campaign, the spotlight should be fully on the brand you’re partnered with, with nothing else competing for attention. This helps protect the brand’s message and keeps your content eligible for after-post gift cards. 💙
🧩 Why This Rule Matters
Showing additional brands can conflict with what the brand you're collaborating with is promoting and may go against legal copyright guidelines. See our TikTok post for more info about this!
We know this can feel a bit tricky when everyday items have visible logos, but a few small adjustments can make a big difference.
🚫 What Not to Include
To keep your post eligible, do not show or mention any competitor products, brands, logos, or names per our Rules and Guidelines. This includes:
Branded packaging
Recognizable logos in the background
Mentions of competitor brand names
If it’s identifiable as a competitor brand, leave it out or cover it up.
🚫 Some Campaigns Go Even Further
A few campaigns include an additional requirement: no other logos or brands at all, even if they aren’t direct competitors. If your campaign has this listed on the checklist, only the collaborating brand should appear at all.
Examples of items to avoid for these campaigns:
Coffee mugs with logos
Laptops with visible emblems
Clothing with brand tags or stitched logos
Home goods with recognizable branding
When in doubt, choose plain or unbranded items to keep things simple.
✨ What Is Okay
You’re all set as long as only the collaborating brand is visible or mentioned in your content. Neutral, unbranded props (like plain blankets, simple mugs, or basic décor) are perfect!
