🕵️♀️ Tracking Your Rewards
Once your post is approved, your gift card reward is on its way! 🎉
If it’s been a little while and you’re wondering where it is, here’s how to track it down and make sure you don’t miss it.
💌 Where to Look
All campaign gift cards are sent via email from BHN Rewards — this is the same platform we use to issue all creator rewards.
When your card is ready, you’ll receive an email from
statussquad@joinstatus.com with the following subject line:
Special Delivery💌 Your Collab Gift Card
Search your inbox for “BHN Rewards” or the subject line, and be sure to check your spam, promotions, and junk folders — sometimes the email lands there.
⏱️ When to Expect It
Gift cards are issued within 30 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding weekends and holidays) after your campaign’s posting due date. If it’s still within that window, sit tight — your card is being processed! 💫
If it’s been more than 30 business days since your due date and you’ve confirmed that your post was approved, it’s time to reach out to Creator Support so we can help you track it down.
🧾 Claiming Your Gift Card
Once you receive your BHN Rewards email, make sure to claim your card within 90 days of receiving it. After that 90-day period, the link will expire — and unfortunately, we’re unable to reissue expired cards.
Once you’ve claimed your card, it’s yours to use! 🎁 Please note that we also cannot reissue gift cards that have already been claimed, even if they’re lost or accidentally deleted.
⚙️ Common Reasons You Haven’t Received It
If your gift card hasn’t arrived yet, here are a few possible reasons:
The campaign’s 30-business-day window hasn’t passed yet.
Your email on file is outdated or misspelled.
Your post wasn’t approved or was posted more than three weeks late without an extension.
The BHN email landed in your spam or promotions folder.
