Our system regularly matches creators with brand collabs based on your profile info and what’s currently available. The more complete your profile — and the more active you are — the better your chances of seeing new collabs first! 💕
✨ How Matchmaking Works
When a new round of opportunities opens up, we’ll send an email letting you know! You’ll be able to log in and see all the collabs that match your profile for that period.
From there, you can:
Claim the ones you love 💕
Discard any you’re not interested in (they’ll disappear from your dashboard)
Skip a box anytime if you’re busy or nothing catches your eye — no worries!
🔔 How Notifications Work
Notifications for new collabs go out to our most active creators first, based on profile activity and availability. Just add your phone number and subscribe by clicking the gear icon in your profile.
We’re always working on improving this experience, but in the meantime, we recommend:
Keeping your profile updated (interests, content style, and social handles)
Checking in around the beginning and middle of each month, when most new drops go live 🌟
💪 Staying Active
Our matchmaking system determines your activity level based on several factors, including:
How long you’ve been a Statusphere creator
How complete your profile is
Whether you post on time for your collabs
How consistently you follow our community guidelines
Creators who stay active are the first to be notified as new campaigns roll out, so keeping your profile current and engaging regularly gives you the best chance of catching new drops right away. ✨
🧐 Don't See Any Matches?
If you’re not currently seeing any available collabs, don’t worry — this can happen for a few common reasons:
The campaigns matched to you may have filled up quickly before your notification went out.
Your profile might need an update to better reflect what you like to post about.
There might simply be fewer active campaigns in your content category this round.
Most creators start seeing new drops around the beginning and middle of each month, so check back soon — and make sure your profile is up to date for the best matches! 💫
