💳 Gift Card Timeline

Some collaborations include a gift card reward after you complete your post. Here’s everything you need to know about how and when to expect it! 💫

All campaign gift cards are issued through our trusted partner BHN Rewards.

If your collab includes a gift card, it will be sent via email within 30 business days after the collaboration’s posting due date — as long as all requirements are met.

⏰ “Business days” means Monday through Friday only — weekends and holidays don’t count! If you're unsure, you can use this handy resource to figure out an estimated date.

So, for example, if your due date is June 1, your gift card would be sent by around mid-July.

Your gift card will arrive directly in your inbox from BHN Rewards, so keep an eye out for an email from them once that 30-business-day window passes. 💌

BHN Rewards offers a wide variety of digital gift cards from your favorite retailers — plus a Mastercard option you can use almost anywhere. Popular choices include Amazon, Target, Walmart, Sephora, Ulta, and more, so you can choose where you’d like to spend your reward!

💡 Tip: Don’t forget to check your spam or promotions folder just in case it lands there.

To receive your gift card, your post must be submitted and approved within three weeks of the original due date (unless you received an extension).
Failure to post within that window will make you ineligible to receive your gift card, as outlined in our Creator FAQ.

That said — we know life happens! 💕 If something comes up, just uphold our Community Guideline on open communication and let us know you need more time. We’re happy to help and can usually approve an extension before your due date passes.
