Why Am I Not Seeing Collabs?
Why am I not getting matched?
Matches are based on many factors working together, including your profile, selected interests, audience, content, location, campaign requirements, product availability, brand preferences, and the number of available spots.
Being approved does not guarantee a match for every opportunity, and not being matched does not mean anything is wrong with your account. Keeping your profile complete and up to date can help improve your chances of being matched when there’s a strong fit.
Are collabs guaranteed?
No. Being approved means your profile is eligible to be considered for collabs, but it does not guarantee that you will receive matches on a specific timeline, at a specific frequency, or for specific products.
Collabs are offered based on many factors, including brand needs, campaign requirements, product availability, audience fit, content fit, location, timing, and available spots. Because these factors change often, match availability can vary from creator to creator and month to month.
Not receiving a match does not mean anything is wrong with your account, and receiving a match in the past does not guarantee future matches.
Why am I not being notified about new collabs?
You may not be notified about every collab. Notifications are typically sent as reminders when there is an opportunity that may be a strong fit for your profile, interests, audience, location, and current campaign requirements.
If you are not receiving notifications, it may mean there are no currently available collabs that match your profile, the campaign spots have already been filled, you have already opted into that round, or your notification settings/contact information may need to be updated.
For the quickest updates, we recommend opting into SMS and keeping your profile, interests, notification settings, and contact information up to date.
Why am I not seeing the same opportunities as my friends?
Not every creator sees the same opportunities. Matches are personalized based on many factors, including your profile, interests, audience, location, content style, campaign requirements, product availability, brand preferences, and available spots.
Another creator may see a different opportunity because they matched a specific campaign need at that time. This does not mean anything is wrong with your account or that you will not be matched in the future.
Why did I get approved but still don’t have matches?
Approval means your account is eligible to be considered for opportunities, but it does not guarantee an immediate match.
Campaigns depend on brand needs, inventory, timing, audience fit, location, product category, and available spots. New opportunities can become available over time, so keeping your profile accurate and active helps us match you when there’s a strong fit.
Why don’t I get collabs every month or multiple times a month?
Collabs are not guaranteed on a monthly or recurring schedule. Match frequency can change based on campaign availability, brand needs, product inventory, location requirements, audience fit, content fit, and the number of available spots.
Some months may have more opportunities that match your profile, while other months may have fewer or none. Not receiving collabs every month does not mean anything is wrong with your account or that you are no longer eligible. New opportunities are added over time, and matches happen when there is a strong fit.
Why did I match before but not now?
Matching can change over time based on current campaign availability, brand needs, inventory, location requirements, audience targeting, and marketplace balance.
Being matched in the past does not guarantee the same number or type of opportunities in the future.
